1. NATURE OF THE EVENT
Beast Games Register is a competitive seasonal event with limited spots and upfront preparation costs. Participant fees are used to fund:
- Venue and logistics
- Equipment and operations
- Staff and administration
- Rewards and promotional expenses
Due to these factors, we follow a strict no-refund policy except under specific cases outlined below.
2. NO REFUNDS AFTER SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION
Once you:
- Complete the registration form
- Upload your payment screenshot
- Receive a confirmation email
Your spot is officially reserved, and your payment becomes non-refundable.
3. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR:
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Inability to attend the event
- Change of mind after payment
- Mistakenly selecting the wrong category
- Network delays or wallet errors during USDT transfer
Please double-check all information before submitting your form and completing payment.
4. EXCEPTIONS (REFUNDS MAY BE GRANTED IF):
We may consider issuing a refund only under the following rare conditions:

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund under exceptional conditions:

- Include the following:
- Full name
- Registration email
- Screenshot of your payment
- Reason for refund
Our support team will respond within 5 business days with the outcome.
6. CRYPTOCURRENCY (USDT) TRANSACTIONS
Payments are made via USDT (Tether), a blockchain-based digital currency. Please note:
- We are not responsible for errors made during transfer (e.g., sending to the wrong address)
- All transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain
- Refunds (if granted) will be returned in USDT to the same wallet address from which payment was received, minus gas fees
7. CANCELLATIONS BY BEAST GAMES REGISTER
In the rare event we cancel the season or your registration for any internal reason (e.g., eligibility issue, capacity limits):
- You will be offered a full refund
- Or an option to defer your participation to the next event
